I've dealt with the ups and downs on the scale, and trying to maintain a healthy body composition, all while juggling a career, motherhood and learning how to truly love myself through all of the craziness in life.

I said "peace out" to restrictive diets and the shame cycle two years ago. When I turned 46, I realized that what I really wanted to do was practice more self love, and less self shame.
I gained 20 pounds when I was going through a stressful time 3 years ago, and dealing with changing hormones wasn’t making it easy for me to lean out like I did in my 20s.
MY JOURNEY WAS MY BEST TEACHER
I’ve always loved to workout and eat clean, so my weight gain didn’t have anything to do with being lazy. It was a combination of adrenal fatigue, leaky gut, poor stress management and poor sleep quality.
I’m so grateful that I went through all of this because it taught me that I absolutely love to help other women like me feel good about their bodies and find the fat burning zone through healing ... not harder workouts and crazy diets.
I've turned my mess into my message and now, I teach busy moms like me how to get mind/body strong and my method has helped hundreds of incredible women learn how find their own perfectly imperfect balance between motherhood, career, love and finding their inner badass through clean eats and at-home workouts.
