What is intuitive Fitness and Nutrition?
Intuitive fitness and nutrition is a simple idea. It means that you make peace with all types of food and how your move your body for exercise. Unlike traditional weight loss programs that restrict or ban certain foods, and require heavy exercise, intuitive fitness and nutrition requires you to stop looking at fitness and food as either “good” or “bad.” Instead, you listen to your body and eat and workout when it feels right for you. Intuitive eating means tapping into your body’s natural ability to tell you when and what to eat and also when to workout.
When you eat intuitively, you also let go of the idea that you need to lose or gain weightso you can look a certain way. The idea is to help you focus on foods that work best for your overall physical and mental health.
