When I needed to lose 80 pounds after my daughter was born, I learned that weight loss isn't a one size fits all process.

For years I struggled with what I call the "fad diet bandwagon" and exercise guilt. Every "new" program that came out or diet book that hit the bestsellers list, was on my desk and I was determined to make it work for me.

I would wake up every morning and follow my meal plan, spend an hour at the the gym and then calculate my calories and workout plan for the following day.

When I would step on the scale the next morning, nothing! It was extremely frustrating and defeating. I was shaming myself at every turn and it was starting to affect all areas of my life.

When I discovered that I could control my emotions, tap into my intuitive guidance and stop dieting, my life changed forever.

Fast forward to today and I'm extremely grateful for every lesson I've learned and the progress I've made.

Now I help busy moms in their 40s and 50s discover what has been holding them back from losing weight and keeping it off.

As we age, our overall health becomes much more important that the number on the scale. That's why I created the 21 Day Mindset + Movement Program.
